The best friends in life

With the Snowpoint city gym badge in hand i mademy way to lake Acuity, only to discover that i was too late. Tommy had been beaten by Commander Jupiter and couldn’t stop her from taking Uxie the lake guardian. I had tried to cheer him up but he bolted from the lake. Team galactic was successful in capturing the lake trio, but there was still a chance to free them, i made great haste for Veilstone city. Once inside i came face to face with their leader…Cyrus, he explained that he had no further use in the lake pokemon and if i where to free them he wouldn’t stop me. I was concerned at that point, he had stated that he had a way to control an even greater power and was off to Mount Cornet. 

When Cyrus had left his main chamber i made my way to the warp pad that would take me to the lake trio, before me there was a long hallway lined with tubs that contained matter i didn’t know. It was in cased in a green liquid, i tried to not look as i made my way down the hall to the main room. The lake trio where bound to machines. There eyes where shut but the expressions on their faces where clear, whatever Cyrus had done to them, had caused them great pain and sorrow. The control to there freedom was behind them and guarded by commander Saturn. With Mix emotions i was going to make sure he payed for what he had done, not just here but for his actions at the lake as well. Then it’s off to mount Cornet to end this once and for all.   

My team and I where able to make it threw Iron island and take down Bryon and claim the mine badge. While victory was only short lived, We then discovered team Galactic where causing trouble at lake Valor. I had reach the lake, but it had been left in ruins by the hands of team Galactic. Only after beating another of there commanders Saturn did i learn that they had taken the lake pokemon and where planing to take the other two. Lake Verity had the same result, and now i am off to the third lake near Snowpoint city. The road there shall be yet another challenge to face one my journey but i shall face it like all that have come before.

I’ve been very nervous these past few days. My team and I have reached Iron Island. while i know my team is strong i fear this will be one of our hardest challenges to over come. This island is over run with many strong pokemon, mostly Gravelers who self destruct if anyone or thing comes close to it. I’ll keep my hopes high, but i will be walking threw what looks like a mine field. 

After beating a team Galactic thug in Celestic Town, and getting some good R&R i decided to head back to Hearthome city felt it was time to earn my 5Th badge. I was successful in beating Fantina and winning the city gym badge, but alas there where sacrifices in doing so. Today i morn the lost of my good friend Kanon(Bronzor). while he was there for many ups and downs he was always someone i could depend on to make it though the tough times. he died saving the ones he cared for, and his sacrifice was not in vein. from here on out the challenges we face together will only make us stronger.

R.I.P Kanon

i had taken a break since the lost of Jason(mothim). I had begun to get back into the feeling of playing my pearl nuzlock, grinding my team getting ready to face the the third gym leader. this is the second time i have tried doing a nuzlock challenge, yet i feel that this time when i lose a member of my family the hurt seems so real. call be a emo, or some loser who takes it close to heart. I’m 20 years old, I’ve been playing these games for over half my life but I’ve never played the game with some much heart. feeling like the pokemon i catch are more then just “pocket monsters” that they are more. 

today i lost Boo. she was a level 26 drifloon, who had a hasty attitude and was always ready to give 110%. though i have once again failed to pay attention to the situation that was at hand, and had lost her. while we morn for the lost of one of our family members we also give thanks for the new life that has been brought to us, a young happy Hippopatas named Deighton. He’s a bashful little guy at level 23. while i know the family is feeling down about Boo, i know that we have all welcomed Deighton into our arms and that no longer shall i let my own foolishness hurt the ones i care for.
